How it Works
Step 1: Cook pasta al dente save 1.5 cups of reserve pasta water.
Step 2: Add 5 tbsp of butter + 1 cup of pasta water and whisk in Pastacraft Sauce Starter on medium heat (add more if you want thinner sauce).
Step 3: Toss in cooked pasta and a pad of butter for extra glossiness, and garnish with fresh grated parmesan!
