With a composition similar to the skin’s natural sebum, jojoba oil sets out to normalize its production. Jojoba’s concentration of fatty acids, including gadoleic acid, erucic acid, nervonic acid, and oleic acid, help protect and reinforce the top layer of the epidermis and reduce inflammation. Marula oil, which is high in vitamin C, oleic acid, and palmitic acid, stimulates cell turnover and maintains the skin’s hydration and elasticity. Black cumin CO2, also known as nigella seed oil, contains more than one hundred different constituents and works wonders on blemishes and small inflammations, one drop purifying the skin and improving its appearance. So precious and beloved, a vial of nigella oil was found in Tutankhamen’s tomb. Camellia seed oil accelerates the healing process and soothes damaged skin.
