The new jam in town
Nec·tar /ˈnektər/ - Noun - a sugary fluid secreted by plants, especially within flowers to encourage pollination by insects and other animals. It is collected by bees to make honey. (in Greek and Roman mythology) the drink of the Gods.
This is a divine syrup or “vegan honey” if you will, made from the cacao mucilage (cacao fruit pulp). We name it Cacao Nectar as an allusion to the nectar of the flowers that in good hands is transformed into a delightful ingredient. Are you dying to know what it tastes like? Sweet and a bit tangy, it has a unique flavor. We love using it as a balsamic, an exquisite jam, or as you would with honey – pairing with cheeses, dried or fresh fruits, meats, vegetables, salads or anything else you can dream of.
Only 1 ingredient: 100% Cacao Pulp. No preservatives.
